Noemi Tinoco

Noemi leads Nestidd’s property management department, handling ongoing repair and maintenance requests, streamlining work order flow to optimize departmental capacity, and managing client and vendor relationships.

Prior to joining Nestidd in 2022, Noemi worked for a large regional HVAC company, where she implemented and ran their onboarding and training program for new hires. As a team leader, she was also responsible for managing all employee and client relations, as well as maintaining data integrity on behalf of her department.

Noemi graduated from Ultimate Medical Academy, and lives in Chicago with her four dogs and her cat
