Samantha Guevara

Samantha is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Nestidd’s maintenance team via Nestidd360°, as well as overseeing key property management functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and database integrity.

Prior to joining Nestidd in 2021, Samantha was a director at a large regional property management company with a portfolio including single-family rentals, luxury apartment buildings, and condominiums, among other asset classes.

Samantha graduated from Maryville University (BA), and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She is also a licensed managing real estate broker in Illinois, and lives in Chicago with her husband and their three dogs.
