Nestidd worked with a landlord to purchase a 52-home portfolio leased to two different care organizations across Minnesota and Wisconsin. The landlord was looking to exit the space and readjust his assets, while the provider was looking to continue leasing the homes long-term.
A long-term landlord was looking to exit the behavioral health space, but the providers had no plans to discontinue critical service provided at the homes. The provider was faced with the prospect of having to relocate all of their services — a logistical nightmare.
Instead of needing to replace over 50 homes and disrupt 200+ residents, Nestidd was able to facilitate a purchase of the entire portfolio and assume the landlord’s current leases, making it a seamless transition for the provider. Since then, Nestidd has executed long term renewals for the properties.
