Tad Ritter

Tad leads Nestidd’s acquisition and development teams, where he works closely with more than 100 care providers, state agencies, and private equity firms to craft real estate solutions to their business and organizational needs.

Prior to co-founding Nestidd in 2017, Tad held positions at investment bank UBS and commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield. He also founded Willow Companies where he developed utility-scale solar energy projects and multifamily real estate.

Tad graduated from the University of Michigan (BA), and lives in Columbus, OH with his wife and newborn son.
