Jacob Epstein

Jacob is a member of Nestidd’s Development and Acquisitions teams, where he focuses on building and maintaining strong partnerships with care agencies and managing acquisitions from underwriting through closing. He also oversees all behavioral health and traumatic brain injury investments. To date, Jacob has managed or assisted in more than $200 million of transactions. In addition to deal execution, Jacob helped design and implement Nestidd’s internal business development and asset management systems and continues to refine the firm’s software tools to improve efficiency and data integrity. Prior to joining Nestidd full-time in 2021, Jacob held a series of real estate–focused internships, gaining experience across acquisitions, dispositions, property management, debt financing, and marketing. Jacob earned his B.A. in Political Science, with a concentration in Political Economy, from Haverford College in Philadelphia. He is based in Chicago.
